Flower Yoga & U-Pick

Join Cassie Scoyne from Yoga With Cassie, as she leads a one hour guided yoga class here at the flower farm. Set up your yoga mat right in the flower field and connect with nature as you open up your body and clear your mind.

After class, you'll have the opportunity to explore the flower field, take photos and pick your own mason jar full of flowers.

All are welcome. Beginner to novice experience.

Please remember to bring a yoga mat or blanket, bug spray and water.

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise.

All materials will be provided to you for the u-pick portion of the event.
